We’re confident you’re going to love our products, however if you have any issues, email us. We’ll make it right.
Where is my order?
We fill orders on a first in/first out basis. Fulfillment times fluctuate throughout the year based on a number of factors. If you have a specific questions or need your product in a hurry, please contact us and we'll make every attempt to accommodate.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time, but join our mailing list as we have plans to in the not too distant future.

How do I take care of my stuff?
Your products will come treated and ready for immediate use. But like any heavily used product, if it appears in need of a spruce up, we recommend the following:
Wranglers: We recommend using an outdoor water sealant on the handle and a coating of high heat spray paint or grill paint on the steel rod.
Butcher Board: We recommend using a high quality Butcher Block Conditioner every few months or when your board is looking dry.
Bottle Opener: We recommend using an outdoor water sealant on the handle and a high quality exterior enamel paint on the metal opener.
